SAFEGUARDING AND WELFARE

Information

At North Staffs Ski Club, the safety and welfare of all our members is our top priority. We are committed to creating a positive, supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy our club in a safe manner. Our safeguarding polices are in line with the high standards set by SnowSport England, ensuring that any concerns raised are investigated properly and addressed promptly.

Our club follows clear, well developed safeguarding processes designed to protect all participants. This includes thorough DBS checks, training for all instructors and a dedicated safeguarding officer and safeguarding team who are always available to handle any concerns. We encourage open communication and assure our members and customers that any issue reported will be handled with discretion, professionalism and in strict adherence to Snowsport England's SnowSafe polices.

By upholding these standards, we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved in our club.
