FAQ’S
Still have a question? Drop us a line or call us from our contact page, a member of our team will be happy to help!
-
How do I book?Visit our contact us page and reach out however you’d prefer and explain what lesson package you are interested in and we will arrange a date and time for you to meet us.
-
Do lessons include ski and boot hire?Yes, your lesson fee includes the hire of our ski’s and boot’s. However, you are welcome to use your own if you wish. Note that you don’t need to wax your ski’s since it doesn’t work well with our slopes surface. Note that we don’t hire any clothing.
-
Can I choose my instructor?Typically, you don’t get to choose who your instructor is as it is assigned based on availability. But we try our best to pair you with the same instructor throughout your lessons to keep the learning experience and techniques consistent.
-
Can I recreationally ski?If you are only paying for lessons, then you cannot use the slope for recreational skiing, unless you complete the second stage of your lessons and become a member.
-
Can I use the freestyle slope?Due to the nature of the freestyle slope, it is for approved users only or those that are participating in freestyle lessons under supervision. Please speak to a member of the team as your ability will most likely have to be assessed before you become a approved user. A correctly fitted helmet must be worn at all times when using the freestyle slope.
-
What is there to progress onto? When you finish the lessons that you have chosen to take with us you may choose to participate in any advanced lessons. However, if this is not possible then you could consider becoming a member so you can recreationally ski.
-
Are there snowboarding lessons?Unfortunately not, we only offer skiing lessons. However you are welcome to snowboard under a membership or day pass if you are of a competent ability (can do heel and toe turns - falling leaf not acceptable) and have your own equipment.
