To keep everyone on our slopes safe all skiers and snowboarders must follow our ski way code

Respect for others
Be aware of the people around you so that you don't endanger them.

Control your speed
Make sure that you only ski or board within your ability so that you can always stop safely.

Choice of route
Choose your route carefully and be prepared to react to changes that other skiers and boarders may make as well as the slope itself.

Overtaking
Always provide a suitable amount of space for others to manoeuvre and remember that skiers and boarders ahead of you have right of way.

Entering the slope
Before entering the slope make sure that you look both up and downhill before starting off and provide a suitable amount of space for other skiers and boarders.

Stopping on the slope
Always stop at the side of the slope, away from narrow places, blind corners or sudden drops. After a fall, move quickly to the side.

Climbing and descending on foot
If this is necessary, keep to the side of the slope.

Respect for signs and markings
Always obey signs. They provide vital information for you and your safety.

Assistance
At accidents skiers and boarders must be prepared to help as it's everyone's responsibility to keep each other safe.

Identification
If your on a mountain, following an accident you should exchange contact infomation weather you are responsible or not.
